Tracy Shea-Porter

Tracy Shea-Porter is the CEO and Co-founder of Yes Unlimited, with an extensive background in Applied Improvisation, corporate communications, marketing, and sales. Her improvisation expertise combines with her business experience to inspire and motivate leaders and teams to thrive by incorporating improv skills and “Yes, And” communication into their work. She holds a BA degree with distinction from the University of Toronto and is a member of ACTRA (Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists) as well as a Professional Member of AIN (Applied Improvisation Network). She is also the author of The “Yes, And” Business Evolution: Improv Skills for Leadership and Life. Tracy collaborates with a diverse range of international clients, including Antler, CAMH, CIHI, Credit Canada, Constellation Software/Perseus Group, Fogler Rubinoff LLC, Great Place to Work Canada, Durham College, Metrolinx, Ship Apollo, the University of Toronto, and the Whitby Chamber of Commerce, among many others.

Ralph MacLeod

Ralph is the Owner of The Social Capital Theatre and Co-Founder of the Bad Dog Theatre, and Yes Unlimited. He has worked as a professional actor, comedian, and improv teacher for over thirty years. Ralph is widely regarded as one of the country’s leading experts in the field of improvisation, and trains next generations of comedians. He has brought improv techniques to businesses to help develop leadership and team skills. Recent clients include Accenture, Constellation Software/Perseus Group, HSBC Toastmasters, Great Place to Work Canada, Metrolinx, Spark44 Canada, The Source, Whitby Chamber of Commerce, and the University of Toronto.
